The State Fees are the following:

- Adult Membership Fees: $ 4.00
- Children Membership Fees: $ 2.00
The District Fees are the following:
- Church and Auxiliary Reports: $ 30.00
- Adult Membership Fees: $ 5.00
- Children Membership Fees: $ 2.50
